This is our third festival and after good response from the first two festivals as well as the interest that people have been expressing we hope that this will be bigger than before, but know it will take time to grow.  It is getting bigger every year.  With this in mind we're limiting the stall holders within our marketplace and will endeavor to reduce double ups, although this can't always be avoided.

 So be in quick to book your site!

• As our marketplace is outdoors you'll need to supply your own shelter - either a gazebo or tent for cover from the elements. Stall holders are also responsible for their own tables and chairs etc.

• There is a carpark right beside the marketplace - this is where stallholders will need to park their vehicles - no vehicles are permitted in the marketplace.

• The marketplace will be open from 9am-5pm.  All Stalls will need to be open between these times.

• Stallholder passes include day trip entry for two people. Additional stallholder numbers will need to register separately.  Camping options are also available if you wish to stay onsite.

• While we will be locking the gates and providing nominal security, stall holders are responsible for the security of their products and takings during the festival.  The festival organisers and Cauldrons will not be held responsible for any issues arising in this regard.

• Sites are 3m x 3m but larger stalls are available upon request.  All sites are non-powered.
