1. The venue is a non-smoking facility.  We will be allocating a couple of smoking areas - smoking will only be allowed within these areas.

  2. No parking on site is allowed outside the sign posted carpark.

  3. You will be responsible for your own property/belongings.  The festival organisers take no responsibility for lost or stolen items.  We urge festival attendees to not leave any valuables unattended.

  4. Only dormitory residents will be permitted in the dorm buildings at all times.

  5. As this is a family gathering - we have a no nudity policy in place for the event.

  6. The site gate will be locked at 6pm each night.  Day trippers will be required to leave prior to this time.  The exception will be extended Day Trippers - they can stay for the rituals.

  7. Cauldrons PaganFest is open to any and all, from all walks of life, and many different Faiths and Followings.  We expect everyone to show respect for other’s beliefs, even if you disagree with them.  We are happy to see open discussion about beliefs, as we think this is healthy, however, we don’t want to see anyone bagged or bullied because they’re a little (or a lot) different from you.

  8. Absolutely no lighting fires.

  9. We reserve the right to add more rules as we deem necessary.

  10. The festival organisers reserve the right to remove, from the festival, any festival attendee who behaves with utter disregard for the rules and other attendees, without a refund.
