How to Order

** Reminder: due to the upcoming shift Cauldrons as set out here, orders received between May 21st and June 7th will not be dispatched until after that time and will not be eligible for a refund based on impatience.**

You can order one of two ways. 

• Either use the shopping cart buttons provided and pay via Paypal with a credit card or Paypal account,

• or email us your order - see below. 

If Ordering via Email (to sales@cauldrons.co.nz):

When ordering we will need to know:

• the items you desire

• the blend for them (either from the list provided or a special requirement of your own)

• any other special requirements

• your mailing address

• your payment method

 

Shipping

Generally shipping will be around $6.50 nationwide courier (rural delivery will be NZPost), but this will obviously vary for larger orders. We make every effort to keep the cost of shipping down. 

We package everything with care in order to get the items to you in the best possible condition.  If you have special packaging instructions just tell us when you order. 

Payment

Payment will be required prior to shipping of orders.  We accept bank deposits and cheques.  However if you send a cheque be aware that we will have to wait until it clears before shipping your order. 

When we receive your order  we will send you a confirmation email with the total cost of shipping and either bank account details or the postal address to send payment to.  We take no responsibility for cash sent through the mail, but will accept it as a payment option at your risk.  Pick up is also available if you are in Christchurch, so just send us your order and a contact phone number and we will ring to arrange a suitable time for pick up.
